Great central location near shops and restaurants, with friendly staff who are always happy to help. Rooms are mostly clean and comfortable, though a bit dated. The happy hour specials are a nice touch, and the breakfast options, including a juicer, make mornings enjoyable.

we recently stayed at the novotel, and the location was perfect, giving us easy access to restaurants and theatres. while the rooms felt a bit cramped and could use some updates, we enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the functionality of the tv. the swimming pool area was great for relaxation, although a little more maintenance would have made our experience even better.
Was all great! 😅.

location - wasnt too far from public transport and restaurants.
Staff knocking on doors and entering rooms in between check in and check out times if a 'relaxing or refreshing' sign is not visual. Regardless of signs not being visual staff shouldnt be entering rooms.

Couldn't recommend more for an overnight stopping
Comfortable bed, clean room with an excellent bathroom, where I found all essential items such as a hairdryer readily available and the staff efficiently arranged my taxi to my next location.
Nothing could have been better.

I had a great stay thanks to the amazing location! It's super convenient, with great restaurants and amenities just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and cute, which made my business trip much more enjoyable. Plus, the food served was tasty and hit the spot after a long day of meetings!
The shower was a bit cramped, and the bathroom layout left a lot to be desired. I also noticed the gym equipment was quite outdated, which was a bummer since I was hoping to squeeze in a workout. Lastly, the wait for the lifts was a tad long, which could get frustrating at peak times. a mixed bag!

My husband and I both appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed.I also appreciated the extra blanket provided asi really feel the cold.We thought the buffet breakfast was very good, with a good variety of food to choose from.
I thought the restaurant prices were a little steep but didnt worry us as Parramatta is full of eating places.

the 2nd room I was given was clean and spacious.
My first room was noisy and smelled of cigarette smoke and had a tiny bathroom, after a visit to reception I was moved to another room that was much nicer. I arrived by car and dispite stopping and trying to get my luggage out of the boot nobody came to assist me, I then had to repack my luggage and park my car and haul it upstairs to checkin. At this point they asked if I had parked in their carpark, I assume that means that they knew that I had.
